This piece of research includes three real estate investment managers that can be found our list of the largest real estate investors based in the Benelux. The list is comprised of institutional investors, investment managers, project developers, real estate companies, REITs, and pension funds.

This article will briefly describe three Dutch real estate investment managers. The investment managers included in this research are amongst the leading real estate investors active in the country. All of the firms included in this article can be found on our database of the largest real estate investors in the Benelux.

1) A.S.R Real Estate (Utrecht, the Netherlands)

A.S.R Real Estate has been advising on real estate investments for over 130 years on behalf of institutional and private investors. The Dutch firm is active across various real estate sectors including retail, residential, offices, and logistics. To date, the firm has acquired a portfolio with over €12bn of assets and advised on behalf of over 30 institutional investors. The Utrecht-based group has launched several funds including a residential, science park, farmland, retail, office, and residential. Its retail fund has raised €1.5n and acquired 77 assets, including a 9,500 site in Amsterdam and one of the oldest shopping arcades in The Hague.

2) Rubens Capital Partners (Amsterdam, the Netherlands)

Ruben Capital Partners offers a host of financial management and asset management including acquisition, investment analysis, fund structuring, and disposal strategies. Currently, the group has acquired €1.5bn of assets including office, retail, and residential assets. An example of their acquisition includes a large-scale portfolio that consists of 707 residential units from Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer.

3) PPF Real Estate Holding (Amsterdam, the Netherlands)

PPF Real Estate Holding was established in 2010 and acts as a developer, investor, and real estate consultant. The firm operates in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Currently, the group manages over €2bn worth of assets with projects located in Europe and the USA. As well as managing properties, the group provides comprehensive services for over 25 projects.
