Sagax is a Swedish Nasdaq Stockholm listed real estate investor with offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Rotterdam, Paris and Barcelona. The company invests mainly in warehouses and light-industrial properties. Sagax manages 725 properties with a total area of 3,699,000 square meters. The properties are located in Sweden, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and Denmark.

Brunswick is a real estate investor that operates in many sectors. The CEO of the company is Patrick Andersson, who has been leading the company since 2014. The company invests in a wide variety of properties and countries using platforms. For example, Brunswick manages Regio, which focuses on office properties in smaller Swedish cities with high growth and manages assets of 1.1 billion euros. Another platform is Copenhagen City, which Brunswick manages in cooperation with an undisclosed global asset manager.
