2. Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) (Sofia/Bulgaria)

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund is a publicly traded REIT based in Sofia. The company was founded in 2004 and invests exclusively in real estate in Bulgaria. BREF’s portfolio is highly diversified and consists of office properties, retail properties and industrial properties, among others. Here, an exemplary investment is Building 1 in Business Park Sofia.

Update 2024: The Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT generated a net profit of 16.8 million levs (USD 9.3 million / EUR 8.6 million) in the 2023 financial year. This result is due in particular to a decrease in expenses.

3. REDSIDE investiční společnost, a.s. (Prague/Czech Republic)

Redside is an investment company from the Czech Republic. The company invests in funds that it manages for both institutional and private investors. Currently, the company manages assets of 500 million euros. Redside property fund NOVA Real Estate is the real estate fund of the company, which invests in commercial and retail real estate.
