According to the 32nd edition of the Innovapresse ranking, the group recorded a record turnover of €2.2 billion in 2019, making it the leading French developer in this sector. This performance represents an increase of +91% compared to the previous year. This exceptional growth was particularly evident in the office segment, with 162,000 m² sold and a 392% increase in sales. At the same time, BNP Paribas Real Estate continues to position itself strategically in the residential market, in line with a policy of measured diversification. At European level, the group is continuing its development in the logistics sector: in 2025, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, it launched the co-exclusive marketing of a modern logistics platform in Subirats, near Barcelona, demonstrating its active commitment to major cross-border operations.
