2. HRS Real Estate AG, Frauenfeld

As Switzerland’s leading real estate service provider, HRS Real Estate develops and realizes real estate in Switzerland. The Frauenfeld-based company generates annual sales of CHF 1.2 billion and employs 400 people. Since its foundation in 1962, 15 locations have been established from which the group serves Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Update 2024: One of the highlights of the past calendar year was the renovation of the 145-year-old Art Nouveau villa on Rosenbergstrasse in St.Gallen. HRS acted as project developer and total contractor for the site.

3. Frutiger AG, Thun

2,700 employees generate sales of more than CHF 800 million per year with 21 Frutiger AG subsidiaries. The Thun-based company is particularly active in the infrastructure and special civil engineering segments as well as in building construction. References include the Emmi headquarters, “The Circle” center at Zurich Airport, the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe circular tunnel and the Gotthard Base Tunnel.
