Number 1 or number 2 automotive supplier worldwide?

From modest beginnings as the “Neue Hannoversche Gummi-Warenfabrik”, a global corporation has developed over the course of some 150 years. Continental has long been in dispute with Stuttgart-based Robert Bosch GmbH over its position as the world’s largest automotive supplier. With a share of 46 percent, the Schaeffler Holding of the Schaeffler family of entrepreneurs has had a significant influence at Continental since 2009. The remaining shares are in free float.
