Sometimes, in a real estate investment, the land is more important than the existing buildings. This is certainly true for a recent purchase of a plot of land in Munich’s Denisstrasse. A project developer from the state capital is planning a new building here. The investor mentioned in this article is also part of our List of the largest real estate developers in Germany.

Office property planned in central but quiet location
Denisstraße is located a few blocks away from Munich Central Station. The investor hopes that the planned new construction and design of the central station will enhance the entire environment and would like to benefit from this. From his point of view, the advantages of the acquired property are its central location and its location in a side street away from major traffic axes. The existing buildings on the 4,000 square meter site will be demolished. An office building will be erected in its place. It is well known that office space is scarce and sought after in the Isar metropolis. MünchenBau is a property developer and project developer that has been active in Munich for a good four decades. The owner-managed company has already successfully completed several projects in the Bavarian capital. Another major project of MünchenBau that is currently being realized is a 13,700 square meter residential and commercial complex in Pasing-Obermenzing. It will be marketed under the name “Belvedere”.
