Perial Asset Management: Office acquired in Paris
The French investor PERIAL Asset Management announced a major transaction: the firm acquired the office building “Visio Défense” in Paris La Defense. The transaction has an investment volume in the amount of €47M. In 2019, the office building was restructured by WeWork, which uses the space as coworking location. Perial, who closed the transaction on behalf of SCPI PF Grand Paris, is a major investor in Paris La Defense. The firm owns over 75,00qm in the Parisian business district.
Selectirente: Portfolio acquisition of 22 properties
Selectirente showed in June 2022 why it is in our list of French real estate investors. In its largest transaction ever, the firm acquired a portfolio of 22 objects for €72M. The portfolio comprises local shops and office buildings in Paris. The total area exceeds 4,000sqm. Selectirente’s acquisition is in line with the firm’s investment strategy, focused on lively city center shopping streets.
Sofidy: Two retail objects acquired in Lyon
Sofidy is a French real estate investor that is not only active in France itself. In one recent transaction, the firm proved its role in the France real estate market. It acquired two commercial properties on the Presqu’île de Lyon. The two commercial properties are located at 29 and 60 rue Vcitor Hugo, between Bellecour and Perrache. The city quarter was renovated in 2020.
