In a major real estate transaction, Thalhof Immobilien, a company specializing in apartment buildings, has acquired the “Adlerhof” at Siebensterngasse 46 from S IMMO AG, making it the largest apartment building transaction in Austria for 2023. The historic Adlerhof comprises 161 apartments and nine commercial units on 11,410 sqm. The condition of the property is described as excellent, with particular emphasis on the high-quality developed attic. The transaction was brokered by EHL Investment Consulting.
Other properties of Thalhof Immobilien are located in the third, fourth, fifth, seventh, and other districts. Thalhof is characterized by Wilhelminian-style buildings and multi-family dwellings that shape the cityscape of Vienna.

The “Adlerhof” benefits from its central location in Vienna’s 7th district, a vibrant area with a large number of schools, shops, and a wide range of restaurants and leisure facilities.
