List of the 5 largest electrical industry companies in Germany
The electrical industry is one of Germany’s most important industrial sectors, generating sales of around €220 billion in 2024 and employing approximately 900,000 people. It is a major export sector, with over 50% of its sales coming from international trade. The industry is growing strongly, particularly in the areas of automation, electronics, and Industry 4.0. Companies such as Siemens and Bosch are driving forward digitalization and electromobility. The industry also plays a central role in the energy transition, particularly in wind and solar technologies, with investments of around €10 billion in green technologies in 2024. However, challenges such as raw material supply and geopolitical uncertainties remain. Below, we take a closer look at five highly relevant players from our list of the largest electrical engineering companies in Germany.

I bought the list to get an overview of the electrical industry market in Germany and was not disappointed. The data is very well structured and the filters make it easy to subdivide. For me, the purchase was definitely worthwhile.
